1967年の時点ですでに核兵器を保有する国が存在。
落とし所として、アメリカ、ソ連（現在のロシア）、イギリス、フランス、中国の5カ国を核兵器国、その他の国を非核兵器国と定義。

参加していない国はインド、パキスタン、イスラエルで、また北朝鮮は脱退したと主張。

ロシアのウクライナ侵攻

核兵器の使用も辞さない構え。

ミサイル

北朝鮮が実験を繰り返しているミサイルは、核兵器の運搬手段。
日本ではミサイル防衛のための予算が増額されている。

保有国の増加

I don't think that all nations should have the right to develop nuclear weapons.
I have two reasons to support my opinion.

Firstly, there are countries that abuse nuclear weapons for diplomacy.
For example, Russia is trying to gain an advantage in the war by showing the possibility of using nuclear weapons in its invasion of Ukraine.
Also, the missiles that North Korea has been testing repeatedly are means of transporting nuclear weapons.
Like Russia, they are for the purpose of gaining an advantage in diplomacy.

Secondly, because nuclear weapons are a threat to the survival of humanity, the NPT and TPNW were created
If nuclear weapons spread, for example, some countries may lack the technical skills to manage them,
increasing the risk of them falling into the hands of terrorists.

Also, in those countries, it would be better to secure budgets for other challenges,
such as infrastructure development and people's education, rather than spending budgets on nuclear development.

In conclusion, I don't think that all nations should have the right to develop nuclear weapons.
