世界政府とは

国家の上の概念。過去に存在したことはない。

実現するための課題

• 世界政府が実現すれば、現在の国は一定の権限を失う → イギリスのEU離脱
• すべての出来事を把握して判断する中央政府は、現実的には困難 → AGI
• どのように代表を選出するのか。

AGI

人間には困難であっても、仮に全知全能のAGIが誕生すれば可能かもしれない。様々な国際課題を解決できる。

そうでないならば、一般には国家レベルで権限を分散して、競争し、可能性を実験的に模索した方が人類のためになる。

国際連合

世界政府としては機能しない。ロシアの拒否権でウクライナ侵攻に対して機能していない。

イギリスのEU離脱

EUは世界政府ではない。ヨーロッパ圏内に限る。

移民への反感等から2020年に離脱した。
イギリスは経済の立て直し中。
EUはイギリス離脱による拠出金の減少。

I think that it is not possible to create an effective world government.
I have two reasons to support my opinion.

Firstly, if a world government were to be realized, the current nations would lose a certain degree of authority.
For example, the EU is like a world government within Europe.
However, the United Kingdom left the EU in 2020 due to restrictions on its national sovereignty and resentment towards immigrants.

On the other hand, if we try to maintain the authority of the current nations, it would become an organization like the United Nations.
However, as is clear from the fact that the United Nations has not been able to function in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine due to Russia's veto power, it would not work as a world government.

Secondly, it is practically difficult for a central government to grasp and make judgments on all events around the world.
It may be possible if a fully omniscient AGI were to be created, but it is at least impossible for humans.
For now, it is better for humanity to disperse authority at the national level, compete, and explore possibilities experimentally.

In conclusion, I am of the opinion that it is not possible to create an effective world government.
